He progressed to the role of Senior Registrar in the Neurosurgery Unit within the same hospital complex from July 2011 to September 2012.

He further honed his skills at the Department of Neurosurgery at University College Hospital in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria, as a Senior Registrar from October 2012 to December 2013. Subsequently, he embarked on an international stint as a Visiting Resident at the Department of Neurosurgery, Amrita Institute of Medical and Sciences and Research in Kochi, Kerala, India, from January 2014 to December 2014.
