Dr. Mahyar Daskareh embarked on his medical journey in September 2007, enrolling at Guilan University of Medical Sciences in Iran. He completed his M.D. degree in 2014, demonstrating excellence throughout his studies. His dedication to medical education was evident early on when he secured third place in the prestigious Pre-Internship National Examination in 2013.
His academic merit further shone when he ranked 22nd in the National Residency Entrance Exam in 2014, leading to his acceptance into the radiology residency program at Shariati Hospital in Tehran, a renowned medical center in Iran.

Dr. Daskareh has a richly diverse career path in radiology and medical imaging. Following his internship at Razi Hospital, he pursued a four-year radiology residency at Shariati Hospital (2014–2018). He then completed mandatory military medical service at the 101 AJA Hospital (2018–2020), continuing his clinical radiology responsibilities.
He held a significant faculty appointment at Ziaeian General Hospital (2020–2023), where he was actively involved in diagnostic imaging, patient care, and the training of future radiologists. In parallel, he served as a Remote Clinical Radiologist at Ronash Private Imaging Center, offering telemedicine-based diagnostics to underserved areas.
Currently, Dr. Daskareh is a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), from November 2023 to June 2025, working within the Radiology Department, engaging in advanced research and collaborative international radiology projects.
