Dr. Li Hongchang, Ph.D. in Economics, is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, specializing in Transport Economics Theory and Policy, socioeconomic and environmental impacts of rail transit, investment and financing evaluation, and transport industry and corporate governance.
