prof . Zhijun Yao  distinguished academic and researcher in the field Brain Networks. He is a member of the Technical Committeeon Brain Mapping, China Society of Image and Graphics, a member of the Medical Neuroengineering Branch, Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, and a member of the 7th Youth Committee of Sichuan Mental Health. Additionally, he serves aneditorial board member of the journal Software, and Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease. Prof. Yao’s work has been published in several journals, including NeuroImage, CNSNeuroscience & Therapeutics, Journal of Affective Disorders, etc. To date, he has published more than 60 SCI papers and has been granted 3 national invention patents.

Zhijun Yao received Ph.D. degree fromLanzhouUniversity in 2011. Currently, he is working as a Professor
and Doctoral Supervisor of School of Information Scienceand Engineering in Lanzhou University. Engaging in brainscience and artificial intelligence, he dedicates to modelingthe brain based on complexity science, developing novel computational methods andpattern recognition algorithms for brain connectomics, and constructing keybiomarker mining models to contribute to computer-aided diagnosis and abnormal
pattern recognition of clinical diseases.
