Prof. Hongfei Yang is a postdoctoral researcher at Tsinghua University, specializing in intelligent high-precision sensing, vision-based intelligent perception, and machinery–agronomy collaborative autonomous operation for agricultural robots. His research focuses on advancing smart agricultural robotics through innovative sensing and perception technologies. Prof. Yang has led or participated in two National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, contributed to one National Key R&D Program project, and been involved in more than five provincial and ministerial research projects. He has published over 20 SCI/EI-indexed journal papers and holds more than 10 authorized Chinese patents, reflecting his strong research productivity and innovation capacity. In addition to his research contributions, Prof. Yang serves as a young editorial board member for several international and domestic journals, chairs sessions at international conferences, and acts as a reviewer for leading SCI journals, including IEEE TII, TIE, TGRS, TIM, and Measurement.
