He began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Gorakhpur University in 1992.

Internationally, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at Sebha University in Libya from October 2006 to July 2009, where he taught and guided research projects for undergraduate students. In India, he has held various roles at BIT Mesra, including Assistant Professor at the Noida Campus from July 2004 to September 2006, and at the main campus in Ranchi since August 2009. Additionally, he worked as a Senior Project Engineer at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) in Noida, contributing to multiple research projects and teaching postgraduate students.
