Dr. Anastasia Soultati is an Associate Researcher specializing in perovskite, organic, and hybrid optoelectronic materials, with a strong focus on photovoltaic devices, neuromorphic components, and photonic applications. She is currently affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece, and Ajman University, UAE. Her research spans bifacial and transparent perovskite photovoltaics for greenhouse and building integration, perovskite-based memristors for neuromorphic computing, and advanced perovskite laser devices. Dr. Soultati has extensive experience in project management, device fabrication, and materials characterization, including thin films, crystals, and photosensitive materials. She has led and contributed to multiple national and international research projects, supported by competitive personal funding and postdoctoral fellowships, addressing sustainable energy, green semiconductor processing, smart packaging, and climate-resilient materials.

Dr. Karim Abbasian earned his PhD in Optical Integrated Circuit Design from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Tabriz, with a thesis titled “Electromagnetically Induced Transparency (EIT) for Realization of All-Optical Systems.” He also holds an MSc in Electronic Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Tarbiat Modarres University, where he completed his thesis on “On-Line Recognition of Handwritten Farsi Characters,” and a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Technical and Engineering Faculty of the University of Urumieh. Over his distinguished career, Dr. Abbasian has held multiple leadership roles, including Rector of the University of Bonab (2017–2019), Manager of Technical Affairs and Civil Projects at the University of Tabriz (2015–2017), Vice Dean of the School of Engineering Emerging Technologies (2014–2015), Dean of Faculty at University of Bonab (2002–2005), and Vice Dean of Faculty at University of Bonab (1999–2002). He has been recognized multiple times for his contributions to research and teaching, receiving distinguished researcher awards in 2009, 2011, and 2014, a distinguished teacher award in 2010, and several employment grades for both research and management excellence throughout his career.
