He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, USA in 2000. In 2007, he obtained a professional certificate in Information Security, specifically Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), from EC-Council (membership ID ECC921640). He offers extensive consulting services on network management practices and has engaged with numerous clients in this capacity.
