He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, under the guidance of Dr. Kashinath A. Bogle. The focus of his research is on “Synthesis of 2D Metal Oxide Nanostructures: Optical and Optoelectronic Properties for Photodetector Device Application.”  Prior to his Ph.D., he completed his M.Sc. in Physics with an impressive CGPA of 8.71 and received an “A++” grade from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India. During his master’s program, he worked in the Department of Physics under the guidance of Dr. Prabhakar Undre. His project title was “To study the availability of quartz in the soil using FTIR techniques by conducting different samples.”  He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Faculty of Education at Arhab, Sana’a University, Yemen, in 2012, achieving a CGPA of 75.68 and an “A” grade. During this time, he worked in the Department of Physics at Sana’a University.

With expertise in spray pyrolysis and spin coating systems, I specialize in the growth of metal oxide/sulfide thin films and nanostructures. My experience extends to synthesis and characterization of these materials, particularly for photo-detector applications. I have developed innovative approaches for fabricating photo-detectors, leveraging my expertise in operating advanced equipment such as the X-ray Diffractometer (RIGAKU Mini Flex-II), UV-VISIR Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu), and SEM for thorough analysis. Additionally, I am proficient in utilizing Raman spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectra (PL), and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) for comprehensive characterization and analysis of materials.
