Professional Experience
Prof. Sati began his academic career as an Assistant Professor in Madhya Pradesh in 1994 and progressed to the ranks of Associate and full Professor, later joining Mizoram University through direct selection in 2012. Since 2021, he has served as Senior Professor at Mizoram University. His international teaching tenure includes serving as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Geography at Eritrea Institute of Technology (2005–2007). He has held several academic leadership roles, including Head of the Centre for Disaster Management at Mizoram University (since 2023) and Head of the Department of Geography and RM (2016–2019). Earlier, he also held administrative positions in Government PG Colleges in Madhya Pradesh and Eritrea.
