She was also honored with the titles of “Outstanding Head Teacher” and “Advanced Teaching and Research Member” for three consecutive years. Prior to this, she served as the Director of the Mathematics Olympiad Department at Xiao, Advance, a tutoring organization in Guangzhou, from July 2015 to July 2017. In this role, she was one of the key developers of the Junior High School Mathematics curriculum for the Guangzhou Yuexiu Branch, leading a team of over 50 junior high school mathematics teachers from 2015 to 2016. She also taught mathematics for the Guangzhou High School entrance examination, instructing over 300 students, more than 50 of whom won prizes in competitions such as the Hope Cup, ACM-ICPC, and Hua Luogeng Golden Cup Youth’s Invitational Competition.
