In March 2011, Sam shifted his focus to the Vietnamese market, stepping down from his roles at Nano Revival Technology and Nano Garden Nursery after eight years of dedicated service. Despite facing initial challenges, he managed to double the sales turnover of both plants in 2011 through the implementation of efficient management practices. Sam continued to drive organizational success until his departure in 2013.

Academic Pursuits and Innovations:

With over nine years of experience in listed companies and more than 14 years in the business world, Sam embarked on an academic journey with full sponsorship from the Ministry Of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) for an Industrial PhD at University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). Beginning in June 2013, his research focused on Biomass Renewable Energy, Agricultural Light Sports Aircraft, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) integrated with a Crop Dusting Device and smart farming management system utilizing IoT technology.

During his five-year industrial PhD studies, Sam developed a diverse skill set, becoming a pilot, light sports aircraft designer, lecturer, researcher, and inventor. He collaborated closely with UTHM, fostering partnerships between industries and university departments through endowments, product R&D collaboration, and knowledge-sharing seminars.

From 2023 onwards, he has been actively engaged in academia, serving as the International Accreditation Coordinator for the Electricity degree program at ESPOL (Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral). In addition to his academic role, he holds the position of Vice-President at Rodsolar Technologies since 2020, contributing to the industry sector. Furthermore, he continues to be an integral part of academia and research as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (FIEC-ESPOL) at ESPOL, a position he has held since 2020. Dr. Constance  Bordet distinguished academic and researcher in the Big data. she worked as a Professor Assistant in Pharmacology at Paris Saclay University, affiliated with Kremlin-Bicetre Hospital and Rives de Seine Hospital.
