Prof. Guanglei Zhao distinguished academic and researcher in the field Networked multiagent systems , He is an Associate Professor with the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China. Dr. Syarawi Sharoni  distinguished academic and researcher in the field Remote Sensing .  He is a lecturer at the Geophysics Department within the School of Physics at Universiti Sains Malaysia. With a profound passion for Earth science, he possesses a strong background in oceanography and microwave remote sensing. His research primarily revolves around exploring Earth’s extreme natural phenomena through the utilization of satellite-based platforms. Currently, he is particularly focused on observing colossal tropical cyclone events on a global scale. Leveraging his extensive experience and expertise in MATLAB programming, coupled with proficiency in machine learning, he adeptly handles high-volume data and employs unique processing techniques in his investigations.
