Another notable supervision was for Alexandre Rhuan Almeida Fritz, who examined the level of entrepreneurship among self-employed workers at PSV in Cacoal’s Municipal Square, RO, in 2017, at the Higher Education Institution of Cacoal. He also oversaw A. A. de Sousa, E. A. da Silva, and L. B. Costa in their study on the entrepreneurial level and motivations for remaining in informality among self-employed workers at the Camelódromo in Porto Velho, RO, in 2017, at the Federal University of Rondônia. Moreover, he has contributed to the advancement of diamond turning technology by developing cost-effective methodologies employing ceramic bearing spindles to achieve nano-finished surfaces. In terms of teaching, he has served as an Assistant Professor at Swami Vivekananda University in Barrackpore, Kolkata, since March 2024, and previously held the same position at Camellia Institute of Technology in Madhyamgram from July 2023 to February 2024. He also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant during his M.Tech. and Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, where he assisted in various subjects such as Manufacturing Process Lab, Theory of Metal Forming, Micromanufacturing, Advances in Machining, CNC Programming Lab, and Production Technology Lab.

He is currently engaged in research spanning various areas of precision engineering and machining. His primary interests lie in micro turning, ultraprecision diamond turning, and high-speed micromachining, where he delves deep into the intricacies of metal cutting processes. Additionally, he focuses on understanding machine tool dynamics to optimize performance. Utilizing finite element modeling (FEM), he investigates the complex interactions within machining systems, aiming to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Beyond conventional methods, he explores unconventional machining techniques and embraces additive manufacturing, continually expanding his expertise and contributing to advancements in manufacturing technology.
