He then earned an M.Sc. in Economics (Ph.D.-Proceed Grade) from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, between 2012 and 2014. In 2016, he attended the Kenya School of Monetary Studies in Nairobi, Kenya, and participated in the Joint Facility for Electives on the Ph.D. Programme. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Fountain University, Osogbo, a position he has held since November 2022, where his duties include teaching, research, and community development. Prior to this, he served as Lecturer I in the same department from October 2020 to September 2022, and as Lecturer II from October 2017 to September 2020. He began his tenure at Fountain University as an Assistant Lecturer in March 2014, holding that position until September 2017.

Before joining Fountain University, he was a Research Associate working with Prof. S.A. Tella, Director of the Centre for Continuing Education at Olabisi Onabanjo University, from 2013 to March 2014. He also gained experience as a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for Applied Economics and Policy Studies (CEAPEPS) in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, he served as a Part-Time Lecturer at the School of Part-Time Studies, Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo, Lagos, from June 2010 to 2012.
