His M.Tech thesis focused on the “Development of vibration-free machine structure for high-speed micro milling center,” and he graduated with first-class distinction, achieving a CGPA of 9.13. Prior to this, he earned a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Govt. College of Engineering & Textile Technology, Berhampore, West Bengal, in July 2016, where his project was titled “Refrigeration with the help of Peltier effect” and he graduated with a first-class CGPA of 8.95. He completed his 12th grade at Sree Ramkrishna Sikshalaya in Howrah, West Bengal, in June 2012 with a first division and a percentage of 87.2%, and his 10th grade at the same school in May 2010, also with a first division and a percentage of 84.75%.

Experience

He has extensive research experience in various aspects of mechanical engineering. His research endeavors include the development of dynamically stable high-speed micromachining centers capable of machining complex micro components from difficult-to-machine materials. Additionally, he has worked on introducing high-speed micro turning techniques to enhance the productivity of cylindrical micro components. Furthermore, his research focuses on reducing cutting forces in turning operations through the utilization of micro-structured cutting tools and Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL). Moreover, he has contributed to the advancement of diamond turning technology by developing cost-effective methodologies employing ceramic bearing spindles to achieve nano-finished surfaces. In terms of teaching, he has served as an Assistant Professor at Swami Vivekananda University in Barrackpore, Kolkata, since March 2024, and previously held the same position at Camellia Institute of Technology in Madhyamgram from July 2023 to February 2024. This article, found in volume 48, issue 21, pages 28-33, discusses specific challenges faced by rural economies and proposes various strategies for improvement. Following this, in 2022, they published an article in “Price Theory and Practice,” where they analyzed the effectiveness of reforms in the rural collective property rights system from the perspective of farmer participation. This research, featured in the March 2022 issue on pages 169-172 and 205, was underpinned by a survey of 315 farmer households across Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, offering valuable insights into the impact of these reforms on rural communities.

Project experience

He hosted the 2023 Hunan Provincial Postgraduate Research Innovation Project Key Project, CX20230730, which focused on the Research on the Contract and Performance of Farmland Infrastructure Governance under Endowment Heterogeneity. He also played a significant role in contributing to several major research projects. He participated in writing a major project for the Hunan Provincial Social Science Fund, numbered 23ZWA14, which involved researching the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Collective Economic Development in Hunan Province. He pursued his academic journey with zeal and dedication, starting with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Azad University in Iran, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Building upon this strong base, he pursued a Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in Iran from 2006 to 2008, delving into the interdisciplinary realm of engineering. Eager to deepen his knowledge further, he embarked on a PhD in Industrial and Information Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics Curricula at the University of Udine in Italy from 2013 to 2016, where he honed his research skills and expertise. Continuing his pursuit of academic excellence, he completed a Master of Science in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction & Artificial Intelligence Curricula at the University of Genoa in Italy from 2018 to 2022, further broadening his horizons and enhancing his proficiency in cutting-edge technologies. RESEARCH INTERN

During his time as a research intern at Karlstad University in Sweden from August 2015 to December 2015, he immersed himself in the field of assistive robotics. Focused on the design of a human-friendly walking assist robot vehicle, he dedicated his efforts to refining control systems and variable stiffness mechanisms. Through his internship, he gained valuable hands-on experience in the development of innovative solutions aimed at enhancing mobility and accessibility. His contributions during this period underscored his commitment to leveraging technology for the betterment of society, particularly in improving the quality of life for individuals with mobility impairments.

 

He has a keen interest in a wide array of research areas within the realm of engineering and technology. His primary focus lies in robotics and mechatronic systems, where he explores the intricate dynamics and control mechanisms governing these complex systems. With a passion for advancing the field, he dedicates his efforts to refining models and control algorithms to optimize the performance of mechatronic systems. Additionally, he delves into the realm of artificial intelligence, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to enhance the capabilities of autonomous systems and intelligent agents. His research also extends to advanced manufacturing, where he explores innovative approaches to streamline production processes and improve efficiency. Furthermore, he is fascinated by the potential of vision systems in industrial automation, investigating novel techniques to enhance perception and decision-making capabilities in automated systems. INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

In his current role at Cure Data in the USA from February 2024 to the present, he collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary R&D team comprising engineers, scientists, and physicians. Together, they are dedicated to the development of an extensive digital twin, a digital replica used for modeling and simulating human organs. His contributions to this project involve leveraging his expertise in various fields to enhance the accuracy and functionality of the digital twin, aiming to revolutionize medical research and treatment approaches.

During his tenure at Halo Beauty in the USA from September 2023 to December 2023, he played a pivotal role in developing core aspects of control and electrical engineering, as well as a vision system for an automated hair braider. Working in tandem with a mechanical engineering team, he focused on refining the end-effector, sensor-based controls, and retraction systems. His collaborative efforts ensured the seamless integration of electrical and control components, optimizing the performance and efficiency of the automated hair braider.

AWARDS AND HONORS

Throughout his career, he has garnered recognition for his outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of engineering. Notably, in September 2019, he received the Best Conference Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on Cyborg and Bionic Systems (CBS 2019) held in Munich, Germany, showcasing his excellence in academic research and innovation. His dedication to excellence was further acknowledged with an Internship Fellowship at Karlstad University in Sweden from August 2015 to December 2015, providing him with valuable practical experience in the field.

In 2022, she submitted a proposal for the “World Class Professor Program” focusing on enhancing the quality of lecturers and students through collaborative publications between UMSIDA and IPB, funded by the Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti). Furthermore, she researched “Strategies for Sustainable Development of Small and Medium-sized Fisheries Products Based on Integration of Blue Economy Concepts, Food Safety Standardization, and Halal,” supported by the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) under the Mandatory Research Program (Rispro).

Her research endeavors in 2021 included implementing a Halal Assurance System for MSMEs under PCM Tanggulangin, Ka Sidoarjo, funded by the Muhammadiyah University (PP Muhammadiyah). In the same year, she analyzed risks in the Halal food supply chain to ensure food security in the New Normal era, under the auspices of Sidoarjo Muhammadiyah University.

Prior to that, in 2019 and 2018, she developed methods for analyzing food safety risks in the supply chain of fish-based food products produced by IKM as safe, healthy, and Halal alternative foods, funded by the Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti). She also worked on developing a Green Human Resource Management Model to enhance the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as part of a National Strategic Research project in Indonesia (Dikti).

Her earlier research in 2016 focused on developing a technology adoption model to improve the quality of products from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in support of innovation-driven economics in Sidoarjo District, funded by the Competitive Grant Scheme for the second year (Dikti).

In 2015, she published “Quality Control in Service and Manufacturing Industries with Lean, Servqual, and Six Sigma,” totaling 175 pages, under PT Graha Ilmu, Yogyakarta. In 2017, she released “Human Capital in the Perspective of Business Productivity” consisting of 100 pages, published by NLC, Sidoarjo. Additionally, she authored “Assessment of Technology in Technology Adoption Processes” and “Analysis of Productivity (Basic Concepts and Measurement Techniques)” in 2017, both published by Umsida Press with 100 and 200 pages, respectively.

In 2018, she published “Pocket Book: Guide to Implementing GHRM in MSMEs” comprising 20 pages, also under Umsida Press.
